Killer of Alice Rye was Kevin Morrison a police informant. He inflicted the terrible mutilation to suggest the murderer was a nutter rather than a torture/robbery. As he was in his fifties he didn't fit any of the sightings in this programme.

Julie Smailes case, is most certainly not solved. Don't know where you've got that it is from.

I know all of the murders are hideous, but the one that gets me the most is the case of the young Macedonian girl, mother and father bring their children over so they can both pursue their studies and give the kids a better standard of living too. The young girl excels at school and has a very bright future, only for that animal to take her life from her. How was a lifelong sexual offender in his native Poland able to get through border checks to continue his wrongdoing in London? An extremely sad case all round, and a family destroyed.

Absolutely horrendous. I'm so glad they caught him! He died in HMP Frankland in 2009 of heart failure. I hope the parents recovered for the sake of their son. Nothing will bring their beloved daughter back. I feel so much for her parents and her brother! I just want to scream at the father to go back and look for his daughter! But it was in NO WAY his fault! It is very possible that if the father had not chased that monster...he would never have been caught AND his daughter might STILL have died. No one knows what anyone would do in that situation. After years of bungling on behalf of both British and Polish law enforcement he was finally identified as the man who murdered Koneva. The family's whole routine was different on that particular day... The father had no Idea his daughter was even in the house. Anyone would assume some strange man in their house was a thief, not doing what he was doing. Just so horrendous.

Someone else...not the special boys who didn't pay their fair. Likely a lone person was responsible for Julie's death. Julie's personal ad was way too personal. But, as her coworkers said...Julie was very out going and the life of the party. She was very hard working.....helping provide the rest of society with the brand new tech....computers ...those 3 tossers who kept their pound sixty in their pocket....were just in the area at the time in question....They were witnesses.
