What are your thoughts on Mandatory Reporting of CSA. Are there any academic, unbiased research papers addressing consequences of clergy/penitent exemption to MR for CSA?

I think there's always room for reform in any system. From my understanding the private prison system seems to be more focused on making money by keeping their prisons full instead of helping inmates re-join society. It seems that people struggle to find a job or get a loan after they serve their time and as a result they end up back in prison causing the private prison company to get rich off them.
