Story for those that know : my last case , my attorney got me out of a prison sentence but the case had a mandatory 30 day minimum jail time . I was only in there for about 7 hours at the time of the arrest. During the sentencing hearing when they were figuring that out the zoom prosecutor looked at her paperwork and said “ I have here that he was in for 46 days “. The judge asked me “ is that true “ and I told him “ I really couldn’t tell you Judge “. And then my attorney said “ we are happy to go with the prosecutors information “. And so they just let me go
