One thing I found odd for a person who is claiming to be a victim of domestic abuse is when she was questioned about if she was scared if the monster would come out after sending the pictures to her friend and she said "why would I?" A person who is a survivor of the amount of domestic abuse that she has allegedly had done upon her would not, in my opinion, say that. She would have been terrified.

My best friend was in a horribly abusive relationship with a man who was an alcoholic and drug addict and he would beat her horribly, yet she would never call the police or turn him in. I was at her home on one occasion and was helping her wallpaper her bathroom when he came home in a rage. I had never witnessed him actually hitting her, just the end result. So let me explain a few things to those who have never actually witnessed a man in anger pummeling a woman. He drug her out of the bathroom by her hair and had her down on the ground so fast beating her, I was shocked. He had a friend there with him and he was wrestling with him pulling him off her and trying to keep him back so I could grab her and drag her into the bathroom, he had knocked her out so she was dead weight. I had almost gotten her fully into the bathroom with me, had to get her legs in, but when I stood up and turned around he was there and he hit me three times. Second hit split my forehead right between my eyes, third hit put me on the floor completely out crumpled on top of her. I had never been hit by a man in my life (this was the one and ONLY time in my life) I came to blood covering my face, locked in the bathroom with her and she was still out of it, I had no idea wtf was going on but I did know I had my phone and I called the police and an ambulance terrified of where he was or how we had even gotten all the way into the bathroom & locked in. She still didn't press charges, but I sure the hell did. And the State picked up the rest and he went to jail. Point is when a man hits you, a woman, in anger rings or no rings you are walking away with serious damage to your face. My friend had broken bones in her face, I got lucky and just had stitches and it did some nerve damage to my eye that ended up healing on it's own for the most part. Depp is no angel for sure, but what she is saying happened to her and the pictures she showes is an absolute joke to me. I know what real abuse, physical abuse looks like. And that is not the same.

The end of the cross exam proved that both Heard and her lawyer were still acting. An experienced lawyer shouldn't get so frazzled over such basic valid objections, so it seemed like she was working off a script (possibly to make things easier for her actress client) to drive a narrative. When that story kept getting interrupted, she was shaken (she's not a trained actress like Heard) to the point the judge literally had to remind her to move on to the next question, much like when an actress has to be reminded what the next line of the script is. Then there's Heard seeming to have a brain freeze when leaving the stand, again, having to literally be reminded by the judge that this is where she goes back to her seat. It felt like her "scene" didn't go according to the script she had memorized, and froze up when she was suddenly needed to "improvise" the rest of the scene. She had this look of "wait, this is wrong, this wasn't supposed to be how it goes", perhaps even having an expectation of a favorable response to her performance, a figurative standing ovation. Paired with the glares she was giving her own lawyer, her storming out of the room looked like she was mad at her "director" and was storming off set.

Here are some quick facts about Amber that we know that are proven: 1) He wasn't the only alcoholic and drug abuser. She drank 2 bottles of wine a day, took drugs as well by her own admission. 2) Caught lying about using the makeup that didn't exist back then to "cover her bruises" frequently, which was refuted by the makeup company in court. 3) Past domestic violence arrest against her ex, literally charged and arrested. Plus admitted to domestic violence against Johnny. Plus suspicion of domestic violence against her own sister (her sister was discussing it with her friends by the poolside in a video clip), and assaulted her ex-best friend in public. In contrast Johnny has no history of being violent towards women, every single one of his ex gfs and spouses all speak highly of him, and has said he's never laid hands on them. 4) Audio recording of her admitting to cutting his finger in Australia (not allowed in this trial due to technicalities), proving again that her testimony was a lie. (one of the voices on the tape is now deceased and can't testify) 5) Her psychologist lied about Amber having no domestic violence history and was called out by Johnny's attorney. 6) Has NO witnesses or evidence (all conveniently random strangers that she doesn't know or deceased people like the bodyguard) 7) Her longtime assistant testified under oath that she did not once see or hear any physical abuse from Depp or ever saw any injuries on Heard in all the years. She also testified under oath that Heard spit ON her face when she asked for a raise 8) She visits Dr Kipper's office the day after an alleged incident where she was severely beaten, the doctor's medical report states her in perfect health, with no injuries of any kind on her, also state her skin was in perfect condition. Her explanation was "this was a partial report and I didn't have time to get into the details with the doctor about the injuries". (Day 16 of trial cross examination) 9) Allegedly got her nose broken, hit multiple times, her scalp and hair ripped off, penetrated by a bottle, dragged over broken glass and got her arms and legs "pretty cut up", then somehow felt safe enough to take sleeping pills with her "attacker" in the same house, woke up the next day and made him coffee, then went to James Corden's show miraculously healed. No marks, no scars, no pictures, no medical report . Hair stylist saw no signs of abuse, the hair stylist would've been inches away from her face looking at all the details while working on her appearance, and she saw 0 injuries. Multiple witnesses (including 3 cops) saw no signs of abuse. 10) Allegedly got raped and assaulted multiple times on her honeymoon, then wrote Johnny a love letter saying "it was the most amazing and beautiful honeymoon any girl could've ever dreamed of". (evidence presented in Day 18 of trial) 11) Claimed she wanted to leave Johnny, but in all the audio clips she was the one begging him to stay. Claimed she always tried to de-escalate, but in audio clips she was always the aggressor preventing him from leaving and taunting him . 12) In all her "crying", there's never a single tear coming out of her eyes, even when reciting the most "traumatic experience". 13) Allegedly feared for her life but bought him a large knife. 14) Testified under oath that she was beaten by Johnny with huge chunky rings on all his fingers, said she was "hit so many times in the face over and over again she lost count". The photos taken the next day shows her face completely spotless without any injuries, when cross examined, she answers "there do not appear to be any injuries on my face in that photo". 15) Caught lying under oath again saying she "didn't receive money" from Johnny when she got $7 million, and lying about "never assaulted" Johnny when she admits to it on tape. 16) Proven once again as a liar when she made public statement of donating 7 million dollars for children's hospital but in reality donated exactly 0 dollars before she was called out, also caught lying under oath about donating the money. Her sworn statement was "I donated the entire settlement of $7 million to charity", when cross examined, she states "I did not lie, I pledged the $7 million, "pledged" and "donated" are synonymous, they mean the same thing." (Day 16 of trial cross examination) 17) Blackmailing Depp with her attorney, trying to make a deal for 3 of the adjoining penthouses where they both lived, 50k monthly expenses, 500k in attorney fees and the SUV Depp let her drive in exchange for not filing the protection order. 18) Her publishing of the op-ed "domestic violence" piece is timed perfectly with the release of Aquaman film, it didn't get published when they divorced, or before, or right after, but instead it was published right when Aquaman was being released and when the "Me Too" movement was grabbing the most headlines. 19) Amber Heard's team desperately tried to stop the trial from being publicly broadcasted while Depp's team made sure it was made public 20) Long time friend and co worker of Amber Heard telling about her hardcore cocaine and drug habit dating all the way back to 2008 when they were close associates, (youtube show called "Steven and Jason" and in the newest episode titled "We need to talk about AH"). 21) Amber testified about having injuries such as “gross colored puss coming out of her temple” and “suffering a broken nose”, but when cross examined she changes the lines to “gross colored puss UNDER HER SCALP” and “FELT like a broken nose”, because she knew the evidence is about to show ZERO injuries visible on her. (How does she see gross colored puss under her scalp? With an X-ray machine??) 22) Allegedly got beaten up for FIVE YEARS and not a SINGLE injury shown on her face, no doctor visits, no dentists, no surgeons, no photos, despite countless appearances in public events and countless photos taken given her celebrity status, many of those public appearances were the night after "the beating", keep in mind the beating were all allegedly done by Depp with "huge chunky" rings on all his fingers, yet after five years of beating, she didn't need to visit the doctors once or show on sign of injury on her face, sounds like her facial bone density and durability of her skin can match that of armor platings. 23) Alleges Johnny slashed the soles of her feet, but was seen the next day walking completely normal, again no doctor visits or treatments of any kind even though she has a personal doctor on retainer. 24) Constantly changing details of her stories and allegations, she's already given 4 different versions of the poop incident, she has said "1: told security guard that she pooped and it was a practical joke gone wrong. 2: Johnny did it to frame her. 3: said it never happened and Johnny was gaslighting her. 4: said the tiny puppies did it." 25) Her lying under oath is not even worth mentioning anymore, there is too many to list, just to list a few in this trial alone. Lying about not receiving any money from Johnny, when in fact she received $7 million. Lying about having donated the money, when in fact she has donated $0 so far. Lying about never assaulted Johnny, when in fact she was recorded admitting to it multiple times. Lying about never assaulted anyone before, when in fact she's assaulted at least 4 that we have evidence of. Lying about her injuries, when a medical record showed absolutely no injuries. 26) She put someone through hell for years, publicly shamed and destroyed his career and life, just so she can be seen as a noble victim and use the attention and sympathy to advance her career and profile. She claims she's never wanted to be seen as a victim and wanted to move on, but appears in countless TV shows and articles talking about her "abuse" and "donation" non stop, literally appeared on every show she could to talk about her being a victim and being noble on the donation that never happened. 27) Amber's own friend, Tillet Wright, a long time close friend with Amber Heard, testified under oath that he's never seen or heard Amber being abused by Johnny Depp. (Day 20 of trial)

I think that is more on Heard than on Elaine. I think Elaines mistake is she just made the choice to (blindly) believe Heard over Depp, Im guessing because Elaine grew up in a different time, an older time with more domestic violence, more domestic abuse, and because of this she has a tendency to believe a potential female abuse victim, regardless of evidence. It was a difficult case for Heard, which maybe was part of the draw for Elaine, but Heard made it more difficult. Im sure she gave advice not to talk about Kate Moss, not to do this or that, but Heard ignored this advice.

Johnny has showed incredible restraint in recorded conversations, while Ms. Heard was screaming like a banshee and laughing like a crazy villain.
@spooniesarah2 жыл бұрын
Yeah the hitting vs punching was odd. "Hit" is a generic term for "making an impact on someone else", with an implement or hands. A "punch" is a "hit" made with a closed fist. Even if u sided with Johnny, a male telling you and the jury you’re a liar about the abuse in todays social climate, the Johnny would’ve come off as misogynistic bullies. That's a little sexist when u think of it, that a man cant question a woman's story or integrity even as a lawyer just because he's a man and would be perceived a bit more aggressively and that a small woman is better to question another woman because they are thought to be not threatening or aggressive, that's some flawed thinking

I knew a BPD/narcissist once - she was always the victim, not ever responsible for anything that turned bad, lied and manipulated almost everything, and other people were always the ones that needed to calm down; she would gaslight and breadcrumb, especially when she had gotten what she wanted, and always always always flipped the script and never ever recalled her tantrums and emotional outbursts, just had no memory of them - absolutely insane.

While AH plays victim outside, the AH inside actually despises the idea of being considered as weak or victim. Camille managed to bring that out. And I feel AH tries to manipulate but she’s not great, most ppl actually realise her nature quickly and leave, those who stay are ppl of interest. Her only real success of manipulation is Johnny

Your years as a defence lawyer has obviously held you in good stead to comment and I thoroughly enjoyed your descriptive vernacular, it grabbed my whole attention and it was truly a pleasure to watch. Our judicial system is not geared up for trials like this so it is a joy to watch Well done you and all at CLR Bruce Rivers Aidan

This was literally a public execution of Amber Heard by Camille Vasquez. (and JD team) Johnny knows her true self so he made sure they had perfect understanding on what to ask to trigger her attempts to not look bad, which ironically destroyed her credibility.
@Zebulization2 жыл бұрын
it is interesting. Amber has an idea in her head of what she wanted Johnny to be. She never actually tried to know what the real Johnny is like. Apparently Johnny got to know exactly what the real Amber is like. Johnny knows Amber, but Amber only knows the Johnny puppet she made in her own mind.

I went through child abuse. The things she’s done, like sending pictures to her friend, I would be terrified if my abuser found out. This also really frustrates me because no one believed me, even with bruises and cuts and having been raped and sent to the hospital for it, but everyone believed that her tiny little bruises meant he bashed her head with a hand full of rings. Very frustrating

I've really been enjoying Bruce laughing with glee over Camille's court room mastery. I agree that the lead counsel is genius for having Camille do the cross examination of the turd. I don't always enjoy court, but Johnny was humble, humorous and elegant. Amber was slimy. Seriously, I looked at the rings on JDs fingers. If anyone, male or female was struck by those, there would be damage. No amount of makeup would be able to cover the amount of damage the turd has been claiming. If there are women on the jury, they should know that. I won't claim that she's full of it, because she seems to leave it in/on beds

“Falsus in uno, falsus in omnibus” is a Latin term which means "false in one thing, false in everything." It in fact is a legal principle in common law that a witness who testifies falsely about one matter is not at all credible to testify about any other matter. This lawyer is great.
@allisonwaters7162 жыл бұрын

Amber’s testimony served to dig her own grave. I did watch the entire trial and was utterly flabbergasted at her ability to twist the truth and attempt to manipulate events. The fake photos, the ugly verbal screaming abuse, the finger incident in Australia and alas, the poop on the bed! You picked an excellent example of Camille’s cross examination. That case made her famous. As for Heard, she fled the country.

Want to just say that all these people claim Johnny had a “monster” side to him well on drugs/drink yet they all freeload off him and DO DRUGS AND DRINK WITH HIM?!? Anybody who’s been around an addict or recovering addict know that is the worst thing you can do
@Maxximillion1002 жыл бұрын
Yes you're right, but I think it was just a term they used. I've heard other addicts use the term "A monkey on my back." Another thought. If Johnny is a calm, kind and very generous person, like everybody (including celebrities) say, maybe when he got high, it opened his eyes to the reality of all those people taking from him and using him, and it set him off. Not necessarily to be violent, but to speak up, and speak out. If they're not used to seeing that, or hearing him call them out, they could call that "the monster."

@@Maxximillion100 I completely agree on this. There is an audio recording idk if they’ve played it yet where he sounds drunk and is telling amber who she really is so He most definitely had these awakenings about his surroundings when he was high he could see through the bs he was being set up to, that’s why maybe he tried being sober for her or atleast she convinced him he is a monster for not being sober bcs he didn’t wanna believe the red flags the mocking disturbing behaviour almost like he wanted to be wrong. I always think abt this but I can understand why this can’t be his claim bcs then again it will mean that he used to change to another person while drinking.
