Season 16 was a letdown... A new style that I did not feel work. Missing mayor key players - and the entire serial killer network felt so poorly made that it made other major villains look so much more impressive... Like Reaper, Replicator etc I hope this will work a lot better with their "Silence of the lambs" approach. Buuuut.... How am I supposed to "buy" that a devolving serial killer - in captivity is just nice, calm and comfortable.... Even if he IS playing mind games...
