This scene brought back so many memories for me after watching it again, after 7 years…. I’ve been through so much. But this scene, these characters, and this song, have reminded me that although things end, and sometimes we forget those things that end, there’s always a way of remembering them as new beginnings arise from the darkest of days… “When the darkness comes a calling, you go back to where you were before” just like the song says…. I miss the old days, where when this show taught me so much and secretly prepared me for what I may come to face in life. I miss the old me. This scene reminds me of that old version of me, that got through anything no matter the odds. I’d like to believe that person is still within me somewhere, and stronger than before.

Yes, like LovelyNose94 said, the song is "As It Seems" by Lily Kershaw and it was released May 11, 2012. However, the version that you can buy is slightly different from the one played in CM Finale. The 2nd strophe in the Finale says "When he walked into my life, and in I let him dive...", but in the original song it goes "When I lost my innocence, and in I let him dive..." Also while it is the 2nd stophe in the Finale song, it is 3rd in the original song. Small changes...
