What I love about this scene is even though the guy acts like's stabbing at their flaws and insecurities the team is smiling and laughing because all of his observations/ deductions are service level stuff. In a way his attempt to show how smart he is really just shows how clueless he is

I love Criminal Minds and some episodes have been good, but overall, you are quite right. It's not the same after season 11; not exactly because of Morgan and Hotch, but just the episodes themselves.

I'm an aspie myself and I know what the problem is. See Autism was originally called Idiot syndrome. Even though that's been corrected as a common misconception since many Aspies and Savants are very smart, most people still think when they hear the word "Autistic" In their pov it means either "Stupid" or something else seriously wrong with the person they refer to as that term. Jenny McCarthy made it worse by claiming she could cure it.

I loved the scene, just like Kira and L on death note: a criminal with base desires acting all smart and in charge … but just with a little prodding and slight insult , he acts out like a child, not getting what he wants and gave away too much .

@harrietamidala1691 Um, except Matthew Grey Gubler (the guy who plays Reid) plays him as someone with autisim/aspergers. What's wrong with being autistic? Most of the time, people with autism are smater then people without it. I'm so fucking sick of people looking at autism or aspergers as a bad thing.
