I had saved an old hand written recipe from my grandmother where I actually had two copies, in her hand. I was able to give my neice one, so now she has something hand written from her great grandmother whom she never met. Love recipes and recipe books and cook books.

Nice to see our Dutch cheese in Amerika as well. The pronation of Gouda however is very different. Its sounds more like "Cow Da " and instead of the C say a soft G like your already did. 🎉
