Since the item itself is changed and not the prey birb, every pokemon that can hit more that 1 ppl in 1 basic can benefit from dis(dragapult aoe, m2y aoe, garch hitting more that one ppl, and prey bird razor hitting more than one ppl, venu boosted, and almost every melee pokemon, ect). On top of these buff there even more buffs for these pokemons by just buffing muscle band So when a pokemon hit more that one pokemon with one basic all of the pokemon that got hit by that basic will take muscke damage. For example when the abused birb hit 3 pokemon, all those 3 pokemon will get muscle band damage and gets a free meal. This also happens with the same pokemon i mentioned, like if dragapult hit a group of ppl with one basic(via its aoe), all of the pokemon that is in the group will take aoe damage+muscle damage and the other one that is the target of teh basic will get main damage+muscle damage And same thing with charge charm. If dragapult hits 5 ppl with one basic(with aoe) drag's charge will gain 45 charge in one basic attack, tho when charging charm procs the only thing that will get that damage is the one getting hitt by the basic attack itself This is just my understanding. I MAY BE WRONG so dont solely trust my info DO RESEARCH. Edit: unite db already did this and is much better that my "short" summary.
