I really like Drain Crown as an item concept. Glad to see the buff is doing it some justice. I also tried it on TTar since they fixed the True DMG leech bug.

Ranked match for me is really hard, i keep getting players who focus on top lane, goes afk in jungle, pings alot and doesn't secure ray and scores instead.

I'm curious, would drain crown on rapid strike urshifu be good? iirc drain crown doesn't trigger on shields but I wonder if unseen fist still let's it trigger cause of the penetration. Edit: I can imagine the build being something like Muscle Band, Razor Claw and Drain Crown.

You'd have to test it, but I recall when it came out it didn't work with true damage effects so it may not work with the water bear's passive either... or it could just be coded to not trigger if your target has a shield. I suspect the drain crown is still not worth it over the third damage boosting folks usually run for the urshifu either way though. Which is a bummer I like the idea of drain crown... but it is also the type of effect that is hard to make good without being overtuned.

It only heals you based on your inflicted attack damage(red damage). So it definitely doesn't work with it.

I was hoping at the very least the drain crown would get buffed to have 15% and at most to have 20% life steal, but I do have an idea for a Charizard build, I was thinking of doing a six white six brown emblem build with muscle band weakness policy and the drain crown

When I was using this build earlier, I was one shoting the enemy team lol and my team was just bullying the enemy team by just attacking the enemy team at the enemy team's base for the WHOLE game and I was just securing objectives and we got a total score of 908 and the enemy's score is like 200+ lol and the whole enemy team only got 2 kills lol

I also had a 21KO 185k Damage with Azu. Amazing Pokemon. You just need to get level 4 and be aggressive with your partner. One of my favourites Pokemon since I got marill in a tazo back in the day. ❤️

Rapid scarf kinda sucks on azum. Azum can't reliably auto attack constantly like a ranged attacker.

Guys please DO NOT USE Drain Crown. The item is still terrible. Azumarill heals alot because of it's lifesteal AND the healing from Aqua Tail. Drain Crown adds nothing to it and you are better off running a different item.
