the fact that this video has less than 7k views and 77 likes after two years proves society likes to talk about a big game about de-escalation training for law enforcement/ corrections but few know what it entails. the same people that proport to advocate reduction in police force lack even basic research on law enforcement training in general. CIT training works, I know this working first-hand in the field and now being an instructor.
