Excellent Interview and some excellent questions Trey. I do disagree with Dan about interest rates not having effects on asset prices. While he is right in the short term, In the long run they absolutely impact asset prices. Infact Dan said in his Real Vision podcast "low interest rates have supported high valuations". I think while they do support high valuations, but they are also the cause of them. Falling rates have always correlated with increase in asset prices. See RE for eg.
