Crispy Air Fryer Cod I Pampered Chef

I just finished eating this and oh my god! It turned out great! I'm super new to cooking and I've only made three things in my air fryer so far, but I think this is going to be a regular in my slowly growing recipe book. I made a LOT of extra crust though by mistake and so I just cubed up some potatoes and coated them in it and fried them along with the cod, and WOW! They turned out great too!!

I use mayo and crushed Kettle brand or Tim’s brand sea salt and vinegar potato chips. Yummy!

⚠️Cross contamination warning: ⚠️ Make sure to spoon the mayo on the fish first without touching it. Then spread with the basting brush. Otherwise you have to throw out the rest of that mayo.
