Hello, it's Chucky!
This time, I'm going to show you how to make easy dumplings wrapped in rice paper!
I'll be introducing rice paper dumplings that are even more delicious with cheese inside, and are extremely satisfying to eat.
The crispy, fragrant skin and the chewy texture with meat juices overflowing from it create a truly blissful new texture.
It's a flavor that will put a smile on everyone's face, from children to adults.
The secret is to bake them using parchment paper, a secret trick that allows you to easily bake rice paper, which tears easily, beautifully!
Anyone can easily make these, so please give it a try.

I'll be introducing how to make rice paper dumplings.
Ingredients: 150g minced pork, 1/2 bunch chives, 150g cabbage, 5-6 sheets of rice paper, 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger, 1/2 teaspoon grated garlic, a pinch of salt, 1 teaspoon sesame oil, and cheese. Directions: 1. Roughly chop the cabbage and chives. 2. Mix 1 and salt in a bowl, leave for about 10 minutes to remove excess water, and squeeze to remove excess water. 3. Add the minced meat, grated ginger, grated garlic, sesame oil, and cheese to 2, and mix until sticky. 4. Soak the rice paper in water for about 30 seconds to firm it up, then shape 3 into a long, thin shape and place on top. 5. Fold both sides and roll from front to back. 6. Place a baking sheet in a frying pan, arrange the ingredients from step 4, and cook over medium to low heat.
7. Cook slowly until the outside is crisp and fragrant, and the inside is cooked through.

今 作りましたけど やはりキッチンぺーにもくっついてしまい 破れてしまいました 破れない方法ありませんか?

キッチンペッパーではなく、クッキングシートですか? 少し弾力がでますが、ライスペーパーを2枚使って巻くと破れにくいです。

クッキングシートの間違えです。すみません やはりくっついてしまうのでライスペーパー2枚使って作ってみます 破れてもすごく美味しかったです。ありがとうございます😊
