I tried this Recipe Just Now.. with whatever ingredients I had. Used Rice flour instead of Maida.. and Used Ginger Garlic Paste instead of ginger garlic.. Skipped :- Capsicum and Chilli Sauce (Since I was short of Chilli Sauce .. I added Chilli powder). But STILL... THE RECIPE turned out to be FABULOUS, and Have it with Some Detox Tea of Planet Ayurveda. I tasted like Manchurian from a Restaurant! I liked it a Lot!
