1 (15oz) can butter beans, giant beans, lima beans (or 240 g cooked beans)
¼ cup (60 ml) almond butter (or tahini)
2 Tbsp nutritional yeast
½ tsp salt

Protein Content Total = 41.07 g plant-based protein
240 g large lima beans = 18.72 g protein
75 g almond butter = 15.75 g protein
11 g nutritional yeast = 6.6 g protein
