* 1 tbsp ginger paste
* 5 cloves of garlic
* 1/2 tsp lime zest
* 1 tsp salt
* 1 stock or bouillon cube
* 1 Scotch bonnet
* Peanut or avocado oil for deep frying
Bonus Smokey barbecue hot sauce
* 1 cup distilled vinegar
* 1/4 cup olive oil
* 1/2 tsp salt
* 2 tbsp mustard
* 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
* 1 tsp cayenne pepper
* 1/4 tsp chili powder
* 1/4 tsp celery seeds
* 1/4 garlic powder
* 1/2 tsp onion powder
** shake together in a squeeze bottle till smooth and well combine **
Hot fresh pepper sauce
* 4 vine tomatoes (seeded)
* 1/2 red onion
* 2 habanero chilis
* Salt to taste
* 1 tbsp chopped fresh basil
** Pulse together for a chunky texture **
