Nana never go wrong with her condiments. This snapper is fried and garnished to the optimum level. I love the caution bit; "safety" going ahead to clean the fish whilst talking us through. The scoring is superb. I can see the sections are deep to accommodate the super flavours. The garnishing is just awesome.
