Made 3 lbs of shrimp for a party. I followed the recipe EXACTLY and tossed half of them in buffalo sauce. Other half served with remoulade. They were devoured instantly and all I heard was "best shrimp I've ever had"! Fantastic recipe. Thanks so much!

I was skeptical at first...due to the fact that I don't like hot sauce or mustard...and thought I hope I'm not messing up my shrimp with this stuff... OMG was I wrong! These were hands down the BEST shrimp I've ever made. Bravo Ms. Lady great detailed recipe!

Yes... club soda is the secret to crunchiness... and sweet sour sauce is da bomb...serve with folded lettuce! Like vietnamese summer rolls. healthier way. Just suggestion from nana . Aloha!!

Those... shrimp.. are... PHENOMENAL!! Only slight thing I'd suggest(probably wouldn't even matter) is not to drain on paper towels- they'll create moisture and that's a crispness canceller.. I like to put them on a wire rack and let any oil drain off that way. I have to avoid shrimp (slight allergy) but it doesn't stop me from cooking for family😁

Looks like a very good recipe for fried shrimp. I’ll use this one next time I fry shrimp. I use a cocktail sauce made with horseradish, ketchup and I can’t remember the rest but those two are the main ingredients. Thank you for sharing
