- 2 lbs chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup cornstarch
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup honey
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water
- Green onions and sesame seeds for garnish
- Oil for frying
