This isn’t your ordinary mac and cheese - we’re adding succulent lobster and a bold Cajun kick to create a dish that’s creamy, cheesy, and absolutely unforgettable. *Ingredients:*
1 lb cooked lobster meat, chopped
2 cups elbow macaroni
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup milk
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup flour
2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional, for extra spice)
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
*Instructions:*
1. *Cook the Pasta:*
Boil elbow macaroni in salted water until al dente. Drain.
2. *Make the Roux:*
Melt butter in a large pot, then whisk in flour until smooth and golden.
