Recipes :
Chicken breast 400g
Green onion 25g
Hot water
Black pepper 1/5tsp
Garlic powder 1/3tsp
Chili powder 1/4tsp
Salt 1/3tsp
Lemongrass powder 1/5tsp
Onion powder 1/5tsp
Wheat flour 4tbsp
Cornstarch 2tbsp
Baking powder 2/3 tsp
1 egg
Cooking oil 1tbsp
Water 50ml
Fry for 5 minutes and flip the chicken
Fry for another 4 minutes

Tip for you regarding those spring onions... see how your wilted and went limp and soggy when you cut them after blanching? To avoid that, as soon as you remove them from the blanching water, put them straight into ICE WATER immediately!! This stops the cooking process instantly and retains the vibrant green colour and prevents the wilting effect... And you should stop calling these recipes KFC... they're not. Just call them fried chicken, they're nice either way...
