I'm from New Orleans, and my grandmother taught me how to make this. She called it paneed pork chops. The only difference is that we browned the pork chops in very little oil on the stove and then finished them in the oven. Absolutely delicious.

Heeey!! Those chops look delicious 🤤 So the key is have the oil like bath water for those chops 😉. I gotta try this. Have you ever baked them? I figure after they’re breaded, place on a parchment lined sheet tray, spray with a cooking spray to help with browning then probably halfway thru flip them, spray them once again and let continue to cook until done. Oven 350* for about 20-25 mins depending on thickness and what the meat therm says.
