Crispy Potato Tacos! make this cheesy potato dinner | no oven!
Mashed potatoes -360g potatoes (2 medium sized)
1 medium onion 140g
1 chopped red pepper
7 tortilla breads (15cm)
Mozzarella cheese (~200g)
Tomato pizza sauce
10g butter -
2-3 spoon tbsp cooking oil
1/2 tbsp of paprika,
1/4 tbsp of black pepper,
2 pinches of salt
2 tablespoons of water
20g parmesan
a little fresh or dried parsley for decoration (optional)

I would improve the recipe by using a red sauce made from chiles (enchilada sauce) and chiles verdes (green peppers) instead of bell peppers (if Mexican food is too spicy for you, stick to the original recipe). Otherwise, great idea and I am going to make them.
