When I first saw you cook it was like God was giving me a sign; you could teach me how to save my son. I watched all your shows. We threw away all of our frozen food 3 years ago and starting building meals from your recipes. I incorporated everything I've learned from you into my kitchen breaking old habits. I'm not as amazing as you yet. Now my fridge has meat, vegetables and dairy only. No frozen dinners or hot pockets and fast food is old news. Once I started cooking homemade food for lunches and dinners his blood sugar started stabilizing. His average blood sugar is 181 and I just want to thank you from deep in my heart.
