Recipe for Instant Rice Flour Sweet | How to Make Crispy & Tasty Instant Sweet | Rice flour snacks Recipe :
Ingredients:
Rice Flour (raw) - 150 gms
Sugar - 50 gms
Ghee - 2 spns
Water - as required
Preparation Method:
1. Take a bowl and add rice flour, sugar & ghee. Mix well.
2. Add water (as required) and prepare dough.
3. When the dough is ready, keep it aside.
4. Take a kadai and add oil for deep fry
5. Once oil is heated, keep the flame in medium
6. Take small quantity of dough and prepare it in round shape and put them in oil.
7. Fry till they turn to golden brown.
8. Once they turn to golden brown, take them into a plate.
9. Now Crispy & tasty instant rice flour sweet is ready.

This is well known in Bihar and name is 'Chourath'. Actually it is Bihari sweet n very very tasty n delicious bcz of rice flour😋.. We made this every year on special occasions..Aur Ha Aapko ishe khane m thodi si mehnat karni padti hain agar kuch zyda kam ho jaaye to🙂

If you want to bake it then try below two options.. 1. Add little more ghee and try once to bake it. 2. If it is hard to eat then try adding abit of cooking soda. In both the cases taste may not be same when compared to cooking with oil. If you are baking it plz do share how it is coming out. Thank you.
