INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:
1 Cup Rice
¼ Tspn Salt
3 Tbsp Water
Mix Well
Keep For 5 Min.
Roast In Low Heat
Keep Stirring
Roast For7-8 Min.
Roast Until Change The Color
3 Tbsp Peanut
Roast For 2 Min.
Cool Down Completely
Pour In Blender
Blend Smooth
1 Tspn Ghee
¼ Cup Grated Coconut
Roast In Low Flame
¼ Tspn Cardamom Powder
½ Cup Jaggery
¼ Cup Water
Cook For 3-5 Min.
Cook Until Thick Consistency
Grind Rice
Mix Well
Cool Down For 5 Min.
Grease Oil In Hand
Make Shape
