Conan is such a master making people feel comfortable. He could have easily left her hanging awkwardly several times, but he comes back so quickly with the prefect remark to make her feel like he's on her side and what she's saying made sense and was funny, etc. Obviously it benefits him too, but he's also just a decent human being who cares... You really ought to look into Walt Disney yourself, and not just listen to what popular media tells you about him. An antisemite probably wouldn't hire Jews to write the songs for most of his movies (the Sherman brothers) or the dozens of other Hebrews that held various other positions within the company. The rumor is mostly based on the fact that he was a member of an anti-communist group that had some antisemites in it. But the group was not antisemitic by design, it was just a group of Hollywood conservatives.
