Movies are appearing in his stack with no explanation; the first movie he's holding was skipped! It was tough to see the film titles, except for Harold and Maude, which can be seen clearly. Breaking the Waves - Lars Von Trier (first dvd in Bong Joon Ho's hands, check out 2:26) Harold and Maude - Hal Ashby (check out 2:25 / 2:33) Rosemary's Baby - Roman Polanski (this was tough to discern, but look at 2:42) Here's to fans of quality cinema!

I love it when they don't hold back and worry whether hey look greedy or not. If I had the opportunity I would be like this fellow and loading up as many as I could (films I was very fond or interested in). The differnces among those who get to have this experience is in itself sociologically very engagng to watch and compare. When will Criterion put out a DVD compilation of all of these and use it to create a masterpiece on the individuality of film and the aspects of art in movies people look for.

Nice to see we have similar taste - I own all of these titles (apart from the Oshima set but I do own every Oshima film I could get my hands on in HD, in the UK at least). I saw Koyaanisqatsi in primary school and it left a big impression on me. Also I actually met Park Chan-wook once but didn't lend him my copy of Medium Cool (phew).

@@andrewyang1993 Happened to win tickets to the Stoker premiere in Soho, London and met him afterwards (Nic Roeg was apparently in attendance but I didn't see him; was too nervous to approach Nicole Kidman though!). Managed to get his autograph thanks to his PA who had a pencil in his bag! :)

Why are there movies appearing in Bong Joon Ho's stack with no explanation? The FIRST DVD he is shown holding got skipped! It appears to be Von Trier's "Breaking the Waves". Breaking the Waves - Lars Von Trier (first dvd in Bong Joon Ho's hands, check out 2:26) Harold and Maude - Hal Ashby (check out 2:25 / 2:33) Rosemary's Baby - Roman Polanski (this was tough to discern, but look at 2:42) Though the real question is, why doesn't anybody else (in the comments) seem to notice?
