It is disgusting what occurs there, including so many fires and thefts and who knows what else. Every day city workers are on that river bed trying to do what they can to clean that place up, but the homeless continue to bring all their junk and trash in there, causing a fire hazard. It's easy for someone who doesn't live there to comment and support these people, but for the residents of Jurupa Valley, the homeless are a scurge. Just take a drive down Mission Blvd. near Rubidoux and it looks like skid row.
