If the duration are a set value representing days and the ES of the beginning action is the day the action begins then why is the zero the earliest the action can start start. Why is the earliest the action can start not 1. No project can truly start at day zero since zero has no value. Why dont the begining actually start on the first day being day 1. Why is day 0 the beginning of any project???
