Critical Path of a Project With Multiple Starts & Finishing Activities

This tutorial shows how to draw the network diagram and find the critical path of a project when there are multiple finishing/final activities. In this scenario, each starting activity must have an ES of 0, and you must use the latest EF of all finishing activities as the LF of all finishing activities. Haha yuppp. Tbh in university there is often just so many different things thrown at you that it's easy to get overwhelmed and then stuck on everything. But each concept on its own is usually pretty straightforward when broken down far enough 🤔
