Draconia looks to be untouched, they walked a long way to the hell gate and there was no sign of the city during the extended Vorugal encounter

Idk about the kiki+ vex combo, but the Death is the way Vorugal originally died, Vex got the killing blow and part of Fenthras is turning him into a Tree.

The fight is the same one from episode 71 "Vorugal", but for whatever reason Fenthras doesn't do the tree thing on its own in this version, so a combo with Keyleth is needed to make the iconic moment happen.
