as much as i enjoy hearing Matt describe the situation as the animatic plays out, there's something to be said for the animatics that remove all but the character voices as if it's an actual episode. creates a much more cinematic feel

I really enjoy the cinematic suspense and perspective that ends with Fjord unceremoniously squeaking out of fear and giving the most out of pocket response to a creature that could kill him in an instant. Really mirrors how Matt sets up the most intricate lore-filled settings and characters only for the cast to waltz in like 3 year olds and smash all of his lore vases in the most comedic way possible

Storyboard Pro. It draws way different than photoshop so im still trying to get used to it. Student version is 10 bucks a month so definitely worth it if youre interested in trying it out

Grant Spears Storyboard Pro. I like the vector brushes and my coworker showed me how to do the timing in it. SBP is also pretty good because the student version (you don’t have to prove enrollment and it doesn’t expire) is $10 a month. Sooooooo as long as you don’t make money XD. But I like sketching in it more than photoshop because each drawing comes and goes really easily
