I mean Taliesin himself said in a way he was glad Molly died and he got to play Caduceus as Cad fit the party dynamic better, plus Molly's death led to much better things down the road than if he hadn't died. So I imagine that whatever backstory and plans they had for Molly actually ended up working out better with him dying.

Its an interesting timeline but also likely to be much darker without Cad helping everyone find their better selves. (Fjord rejected Uka'toa and turned to the Wildmother, and Caleb healed enough from his past trauma to reject Trent after spending about 50 sessions with no contact/exposure to him because they left the country.)

Two things: I love how Travis is always willing to allow Fjord to look foolish at times without trying to look or act tough (unlike Beau or Yasha). It allows for great artists to have fun when they do animatics. Also, I really miss the energy Molly brought to the team.

Clicked this video on a whim a few months back. I had heard about critical role but I didn’t really know anything about it until this video. Your animatic was what spurred me to start a months long binge of constant critical role content hahaha. Now I’m halfway through and going strong. I think my favorite thing about critical role is how every just yells over each other all the time it’s amazing. And the way you draw everyone interacting just kinda adds to that amazing chaos.
