That is insane, you could gear it lower (numerically) and go even higher top speed, that might calm it down slightly on acceleration but you would still be going 100+ mph in 2 seconds 🔥

Back in the US Army we had a saying.. "complacency k*lls" ... meaning you do something enough times where it becomes repetitive you tend to skip safety steps.. like proper safety eye protection.. agreed .. it would be sad to hear that something awful befell critical working on a project.. be safe... love the old vids / HW3 etc .. very excited to see where this channel goes in the future.. here's to many more years.. safely .. hopefully.. ❤

The cutting pipe in half can work as a seccondary way of holding the motor. If you have some large threads that pull the motor foward to a spot on the frame that is welded in place. Large industrial motors will often use that type of mount

I'm loving the channel man. I just wanted to point out something. When painting bare plastic like the bumper, it is best to spray the bumper with adhesive promoter before painting. But it is just a kart 😂. But that's gonna be sick 💯

At first i was so confused about the inside out throttle thingy 😂 then realised you wanna reuse everything from the bike as possible. Those wheelies in a gokart my gosh ! Maybe put the battery between your legs 😂😂

Yeah i honestly dont know how to do it any other way, its an electric throttle so there is no wire 😅 Yeah it would have been nice but it doesnt fit there unfortunally 🥲

@@critical Jag tror inte det är lätt men det kanske skulle gå att ha ett kugg bakom ratten med en kedja som förflyttar hela styrstången till höger sen när den är förbi batteriet förflytta själva styrmekaniken där nere genom att kapa en av stagen och förlänga det andra. Men det kan bli för trångt jag vet ej.

Yea torch works on plastic but it fades back pretty quick fr and just tip for welding if you go forward and back on bead and keep it consistent will make for a much nicer bead
