Good video The only cardio i personally do is with my boxing training, and when i want to lose weight i walk for an our every day on an empty stomach, walking is magical and will burn the fat away without losing muscle and strenght(minimally)

Wow! The part with you kicking the bag and punching the tiny bags with the gloves are my FAVORITE! I do cardio boxing a lot! In fact, cardio kick boxing and boxing are my only two cardio exercises I like.

Corey Barnett I teach woman only kickboxing and it does kick your butt. I do it with the music with at least 145-148bpm, for a total of four to five rounds. The rounds of course will depend on the length of the music I use. It’s a real sweat fest for sure. Have a great day..💪🏻👍

Great video, monster walks are great. While it’s supposed to be meant for the cardio aspect I would personally do lateral steps with the band slower so that back leg isn’t brought in by the band, so the hip adductors work more to control it as you step together

Ah, okay makes sense now. I have heard the COMPOUND referred to in a few videos. Great video, I hate cardio too. What is the best way to get input from you or one of your team members regarding advice on helping removing muscle imbalances etc. Do you guys do any personal consultations or would you go through the website(criticalbench.com) to try to contact someone?

I don't hate it. Reason who hate it bcoz it drains out who using gym/workout as a bodybuilding. My demand ; I would like to use cardio wit workout in gym But due to lack of knowledge I don't know which exercise should do while doing workout in gym .

I do several of these exercises with a trainer in one setting, but not this many. I do burpees at the very end, because they finish me off.
