Your videos are really amazing. I am a sports physio working with a state team and your videos have helped me get a much better idea regarding their needs in strength and conditioning area. They have increased my knowledge to a different level and have given me the required edge which makes me a better physio. I always look for ways to improve myself and you have inspired me to become a strength and conditioning coach so that's what I am gonna do next.

Martial artist for 25 years. Always had chronic left leg issues since a child. Doctors would tell me I have a shorter leg than other. Between your unilateral leg, mini band, and Rehab work on lower back. Instead of suffering after classes and exercising...now I am pain free. No more compensation which made things worse. Look forward to continued learning with you all.

Dude you touched a soft spot. Going through the same thing with my left butt being smaller bc of the right leg being longer. It's caused a lot of back problems for me unfortunately too far along to reverse some. But I have to say you've totally inspired me to keep trucking along and I'll get the results. Unilateral is where it's at, I've seen improvement with pain and definition just not as much as I was hoping for by now. Brian's most recent video with resistance bands killed my legs. Totally annihilated. I did it before leg\booty and my abs workout Again today. It's a killer warm up at 1 -2 sets... And if you do it a good 3-4 sets after a workout its a killer finisher! No joke!

Thanks to critical bench I’ve maximized my gains and felt so much better after working out. Thanks to proper form and better lifts I’ve improved my max bench greatly. My posture and spine has improved. I’m currently in highschool. I love everything u guys do and I often recommend you guys to all my buddies who wanna start lifting. I plan on joining the military and thanks to critical bench i am in great enough physical shape to score high on the physical fitness test. Keep up the good work. I hope I can continue to improve with the coaching of critical bench. I’ve been inspired to lose the fat I had and turn it into more muscle. I’m continuing to work thanks to the all the posts. I often think about the thing said on Instagram and on KZbin to better myself. Thank you guys so much!

So on kettlebell swings do you not extend your arms out straight forward or am I getting misinformed somewhere... I'm not talkin like locking them out but bringing them to shoulder level... Just making sure cuz I don't want to mess myself up when I get them.(when my wrist permits me to start lifting heavier again) If you get to a million subscribers I think you should fly a subscriber out and give them free training and a chance to have fun and chill with you and your team for the day or for a week.... just an idea! You both did such a great job! I didn't find anything funny about it, chuckled a bit but he pushed throughand that gives me inspiration like a mofo and the poor guy just got done benching the day before. 😌💪 yup y'all #myteam keep us inspired love you guys
@Criticalbench6 жыл бұрын
Amanda we LOVE your comments. We never lock the arms on the swings. Very small bend in the elbow makes it easier to control the weight and return it downward while keeping those shoulder blades tucked in. If the arms are fully extended, there's a good change the back will begin to round. Thank you so much for the continued support. Have an awesome day!
