Wow that's so disappointing, I love Ryan and the writers and they handled it amazingly but damn... I guess we're still in the times women will get overshadowed by men even in a production about and for them... the song is great tho, and I love it haha... but idk, Billie's song literally made me cry and remember all the trauma associated with being raised a woman, it perfectly encapsuled everything the movie was about... I've cried multiple times with it and the derivative art girls have done with it on tiktok is beautiful... I mean, what did I expect, not like they take things like that into account in this or any awards... it's a men's world still... sad...

It's a critic's award so whatever, but in defense of "I'm just Ken" it's a multi-faceted made for movie rock ballad that has an epic instrumental with beach / dance battle that hasn't been seen in a long time. Heck, it rivals Purple Rain in Purple Rain the Movie. RIP Prince.
