I was dazzled for 7 minutes, the level of delivery was simply pure art. Ryan Gosling is that type of actor that you feel happy to follow and support. That was golden. It's rather surreal (yes, I know that word is overused, but it fits) to be watching SNL at the age of 64, 49 years after watching it debut at the age of 15. Talk about a show being part of almost your entire life. This was a fantastic opening monologue. BTW ... is it just me, or is Ryan Gosling one of the most likeable Hollywood stars ever?
