i have this exact same model, M21-14SF. except i chose the one with Veff serrations, which looks wickedly cool in my opinion. The factory sharpness for mine is razor sharp, it's scary. way sharper than the benchmades and emersons that i own. clearly one of my favourite knives. best part is that it doesnt cosst a bomb to own one.

i carry tip up right pocket with the blade opening toward outer right side of my body rather than inwards (toward the jewels). less chance of it opening in my pocket as the spine of the blade is pressed into the lining edge of my pocket and i can still deploy the blade with the flipper against my pocket just like the emerson style opener. works extremely well :)

This knife appeared in the last episode from the 2nd season of the TV series "strike back". It saved a lot of people in that episode! It has to be a great knife, for sure!

@FiveEelements Sure you can open it slowly, it has thumb studs. You can even use two hands if you want.

I own it and absolutely love it and the m-16. Some of the highest quality knives made and I own tons of knives. CRKT is probably close to my favorite knife company. My only complaints about the m-21 is the recurve in the blade makes it harder to sharpen and I wish it was available with a premium steel. AUS-8 is great though but I wouldn't mind having one in 154cm or S30V.

In the last episode from the "Project Dawn" season (season 2 episode 10) when there's the gas bomb that Latif has put in the middle of the town that is later deactivated cutting its wires with this pocket knife, in the last 15 mins of the episode.

the holes appear to be too small for anything practical. couldnt fit a paracord through it. my guess is that it's purely for aesthetic purposes.

I have the Carson M16 version - I love the knife but it's utility is limited by the shape. This knife seems to have a purpose-driven design: pure fighter.

NUTAFANCY HAS DONE IT 1 MILLION TIMES MORE AND OR BETTER.Your right some do look at Nuts as some sought of god.But there only people that have no self confidence.
