I just finished the most beautiful white Angel. I can't remember what yarn I used because it was a left over ball I had. I used a 4.5mm hook I had and Ma'am you were so easy to follow for this new beginner of making a figure. Thank you for your sweet mannerism and walk through. I even learned how to reverse single crochet. My Angel came out beautiful. I'm excited to make more. Liked your video and following now. ❤

I see this is a couple of years old, so sorry I didn't find it sooner. I am trying this with thread crochet and hope it turns out as nice as your yarn does. I had this notion to make something for every family in our small church - this will fit inside the Christmas card and shouldn't take too long to master. Thank you.

Great Video and Angel - I struggled a bit with all the increasing and never seemed to quite get it right although the outcome is great! Maybe you could introduce some commentary or a lable on the screen which tells us how many stiches we should have at the end of each row of the body? Thank you!

What would you use to stiffen the wings if not using pipe cleaners.

Please visit this site for an amazing tutorial on stiffening snowflakes kzbin.info/www/bejne/Z6bLn4Kpq8Z8qs0, you can stiffen any project you like using the mix of glue and water she suggests. This should work really well for the angel too. If you are using a dk yarn I would definitely increase the glue content a little. You may have to experiment a bit but do let me know how you get on. 😊
