The cutest design I’ve seen for bag storage sleeves!! Thank you. I’ll try this after the holidays.

I just recently made a bag that had ponytail holders on the top and bottom. There was a strap to hang it from on the top. This has a much prettier look and I like the flap much better. I will definitely be using this pattern. My daughter wants me to make her one but she wants a black and white one. Where would you recommend doing the color changes? I am fairly new to crochet so I would appreciate your input. TFS

I’m glad you like it!😄 Black and white sounds cool. It really just depends on how big of stripes you want. To cut down on ends to weave in, you could probably switch off colors every other round - but then all the puff stitches would be one color since they are made every other round. For larger color blocks, you could do a repeat of rounds in the stitch pattern with one color, then fasten off and start the next stitch repeat with the new color. Hope this helps!

@@DesertBlossomCrafts Thank you for that help. I like the idea of making the puffs one color. I will give it a go and see which way works the best. Thank you again and have a great weekend!

I can't seem to get it right. I'm not getting the 7 loops thing. Please help me.

I know your comment was a few months ago, but if you’re still struggling I recommend looking at different tutorials on the puff stitch. Seeing a detailed demonstration and explanation on that specific stitch is what helped me :)

I conceptualize it as preparing to do a double crochet but don't finish. You yarn over, pull up a loop but DO NOT pull through Yarn over, pull up a loop x3 Then yarn over pull through all loops (7) on the hook.

Sorry, got to row 6 and have decided to give it away. I find you’re going too fast with not enough instruction, how many stitches should we have going into row 5? Approaching the end of row 5 I can’t see what is at the pattern end? I guess we get used to one channel and it’s hard to follow someone else.

Agree. The increases are really throwing me off and I am an intermediate crocheter.

I'm a beginner crocheter, taught myself just a couple months ago and I just slowed down the video speed and rewinded it as needed and did just fine. Crocheting has a lot to do with patience, maybe try being more patient instead of criticizing someone giving you their time and a free pattern...

Nice pattern ❤ But you need to slow it down. Hand movements are a little to fast.
@celia6564 Жыл бұрын
@@bellj753the increases are basic increases, nothing fancy. Its the usual way to work increases in a circular project. If you cant handle simple increase stitches then i seriously doubt you're intermediate.

Me too I just improvised. Lol worked out in the end.

You are very hard to follow, might try to slow down and show more if how you did it, I got lost, everyone is not that fast, so I gave up

Just a thought, if you really like the pattern you can go to settings and slow down the speed of the video. Hope that helps!
