Hi. I am so confused on round 5? Is it double crochet x2, then 2 double crochet in the same stitch? Then double crochet x3? Btw I am loving this pattern. It’s so cute. I am definitely going to put the hat on my dog 😊

Hello!! First you are going to start with a ch 2 (ch 2 counts as a dc), dc 1 into the next 2 sts, inc 1 into the next st (inc is 2 sts in 1), when you’re done with that you are now going to repeat the following steps *dc 1 into the next 3 sts, inc 1 into the next st*. You will repeat 🔁 this all the way around and end with a sl st into the 2nd ch [40]. I hope this will help :)
