140 chains measures 21" for me and i am using the same yarn weight and hook size as the video. my tension also looks similar to yours. does this mean it will be too small?

I tried this with another pattern with100%cotton yarn and it doesn’t stretch so it is large! Hard to get it to decrease correctly.
