I followed your directions perfectly, and for the first time it did come out a bootie... however it ended up being 5 inches long... maybe i used thicker yard then you were using. Loved how clear you were with directions

I love this pattern! At first I made the baby bootie but then I had fun turning it into an adult slipper by using a large crochet hook with bulky yarn. For fun I tried different sizes to see what it did and how much larger it made it, and it was interesting to see what happened. Worked really well. I think I finally used an 8mm hook and bulky yarn to achieve the size I was after. Thanks for this versatile pattern!

That was wonderful! I have NEVER been able to crochet a baby bootie, they ALWAYS come out wrong, stitch count is off, WAY off, massive holes in the decrease stitch area! Your video was awesome!
