I have just a little comment at about 8:20 the pattern says 2 double crochets for the next 5 stitches but it's actually in the video (and the correct way) a single crochet! :) if you do a double crochet you'll end up with a thick side and a thin one.

From 8:28 the 2 doubles for 5 stitches i think is 2 singles as thats what your doing in the video

While a very cute pattern, there was an error about 8 minutes in where the instructions said to double crochet instead of single. Due to having to pay attention to the captions bc there was no verbal instructions this could, and has, created mishaps. Still a very cute pattern tho and thank you for the tutorial

Thank you for this! It’s a good thing I saw this comment right after I finished the first round of the outline color so I was able to go back and redo my stitches. If I hadn’t I would’ve just continued and left the double crochets as they were because I was paying more attention to the captions than the video itself

It's an easy tutorial to follow for beginners but Darn, I'm already 2/3rds done and realized I had to frog it because: 1. I wish you could have told us to put a stitch marker on the 3 sc together since it'll be the starting point of the toe beans. I ended up with the toebeans in wrong positions because I really cannot find the 3sc together I did being a beginner at crocheting and all. 2. You said 2dc on the last 5 rows and I knew something was wrong because I ended up with a thicker inner white lining at the end. 😢
