I love your podcasts. Your energy is so bright and vibrant. My name is April. I lived in Arizona USA for the last 8 years. But I missed my family way to much. S9 in Feb I donated most of my stuff and packed my car and my dog and cat and moved back home to Pennsylvania USA. I'm so happy to be home.

I took ill last year and have been off work since last August. I took up crochet to help me put my days in and it also helps with my anxiety. My hands don’t work properly anymore so I’m slow and sometimes have to stop which is frustrating but I stick at it and get my projects finished. I love watching your videos, they are so helpful and fun to watch while I’m off work and need something to keep me occupied :)

Hi Linda here. I did introduced myself in the facebook group but will redo for you. I am retired on a medical disability. Im 62 but young at heart. I live in Michigan south east side. I have 1 daughter, 1 grandson, and 1 granddaughter. I crochet the most, I do knit, counted cross stitch, 3d diamond painting, I have a table top weaving loom, and I want a spinning wheel. I love books both crafting and novels. I now only have 1 dog, but have had fish tanks, peach faced love birds, finches, quaker parakeet, dogs that crosses over the rainbow bridge. I love watching podcasts that are about crocheting or knitting. I love your extras on Kenya. Ok I think that covers it. I was trying to figure out a way to come to Kenya but I just dont think I could do the walking so I will just be home waiting for you and Holly to go live or shoot out some videos. Bye for now. 😁

Hi Christa, I think I will intro myself. My name is Sharleen from Las Vegas Nevada, originally from Portland Oregon. I am a mother of 2 adult children and have been married for over 26 years now. I was taught to crochet by my grandmother visually. She didn't use any patterns. So I think that is why I don't know how to read a crochet pattern. Well, that and that I taught myself how to knit from a book and can read a knitting pattern so I get confused by when trying to read a crochet pattern and I have no clue what the stitches are called lol. So as far as crochet it is easier for me to learn via videos. When I was pregnant with our first child 25 years ago I taught my husband to crochet the stitches that I knew how to do in order to crochet our babies first baby blanket. He hasn't crocheted after that at all. He is very proud of his work though and he should be as it is a pretty blanket. Our daughter still has this blanket as well.

Hello. Here is my self introduction. I am a spinster who lives in Charleston, SC. I am a middle aged woman who never married, never had children, has two cats and crochets: if that's not a spinster stereotype come to life, then I don't know what is. (I am personally trying to bring the word spinster into fashion.) :-) I have been crocheting on and off since I was 10. My mother taught me to chain and single crochet, and I taught myself the rest. Admittedly, after over 35 years of crocheting, I really should be better at it than I am, but I'm perfectly happy with what I can do and always like learning something new. I really enjoy your channel. If I had to choose one thing from you for the summer, it would be the podcasts, but I will watch whatever you choose to upload. Thanks for your videos and smiles! Also, your hair looks great!

Hi Christa. I know you know me but I’m not sure that I ever introduced myself properly. Probably not as I don’t like it either. I never have as my name is unusual. I am from Massachusetts. Grew up in MetroWest Boston. We are huge Boston sports fans. I am mom to one daughter and 3 sons like you! My daughter is the oldest then came the boys! I am grandmother to 9 beautiful grandkids, 4 girls and 5 boys and have 1 angel baby grandson in heaven. Went back to school for 5 years straight to finish my bachelors degree and straight into law school. I had my associates degree. I started my own practice at 40 and am a public interest attorney. I used to do a lot of family law. Now I concentrate on representing the mentally ill although I do general law as well. I am an avid knitter and crocheter. I learned both as a child and usually take a class every Wednesday night. I have a great teacher and am always learning new things! So that sums me up. Oops. Let’s not forget husband of 40 years lol! My question for you is this. How was it learning to drive on the left side of the road after coming from a country where they drive on the right? Regarding the summer, whatever works best for all works for me. Off to work!😀

Congrats on the 10K 🎉 I just got a chance to watch this podcast and always fun! Love the hair and lashes. I just got my lashes done yesterday. I want to come even more now after watching you drive around. And a master class with Holly and her dolls would be so amazing! She made a Molly doll that I wanted so bad for a little boy who's mom passed away almost 2 years ago when he was 3months old and her name is Molly. He's a little redhead anyways... adorable dolls. I feel like I always have too much to say lol 😍

Guess I never actually introduced myself. I’m Kellie from Wisconsin USA. Been crocheting sense 2016-17, knit a bit before that but when I found crochet I stoped knitting. Started crocheting a lot more while I was pregnant with my daughter who is now 18m. Hoping some day to start my own crochet something, haven’t really thought about it much. Need to improve my crochet skills before I start anything. Love your channel, thank you for all the great videos! :)

Hi Christa! Love your hair. It looks great. Love your finished blankets for the boys. Love the colors. I would love for you to do just a podcast during the summer. That would probably be the quickest thing to do when you want to do them. Thanks for all the inspiration you give and thanks for the tour of Kenya. Looking forward to your next video!
