Crochet Scarf for Men | Easy Crochet Pattern for Beginners | Ribbed Line stitch for blankets/ scarf

In this tutorial, I show you how to crochet the Line Scarf. This is an easy two-row repeat pattern that can be used to make scarf or even turn it into a blanket or bag.
This scarf is unisex and can be worn by both men and women. But because its clean lines and non wavy texture I prefer to use this stitch for crochet projects for men.

Congratulations Loretta. You can definitely adjust the size to a blanket. It will be dense blanket without any holes and the tiny toes will not get in that 😊

I love your tutorials. As a beginner, you've really helped me a lot! ❤ But I just can't seem to make this one work. If I leave in the chain 1 at the end of every row, it flares out in both directions on the edge. The closest I can do is removing the chain 1 after the first ribbing, but edges are a bit wobbly. Is that what I'm supposed to do? I really want to use this for a scarf since it leaves it flat but gives it subtle detail. Thanks for your videos!

Yes you can use any yarn ,any weight and any type. You just have to use the recommended hook size. I have used 100% acrylic yarn, 4 weight yarn. It's a local yarn by the name Ganga Alisha.
