how would we do a striped version of this? like with 2 or 3 colours

I would switch colors every 2-4 rows on the main circle, depending on how thick you want the stripes. Then for the star points, just make sure the stripes stay consistent between points. Potentially just fasten off at the end of each point like I did in my Star Coaster tutorial, and then reattach the yarn to make each point. Hope that helps!!
